Sérgio matriculated from Jeppe High School for Boys where he achieved academic, public speaking, dramatic arts and first aid colours. Sérgio matriculated with 5 distinctions. He completed his BSc in Genetics and Human Physiology in 2022 and his BHSc in Forensic Sciences in 2023 at Wits University with distinction.
