After earning 5 distinctions in high school, he pursued studies in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science while working full-time in education. Accumulating over 1600 hours of tutoring in Mathematics and Science at Genius, Dean transitioned into educational leadership. As Managing Partner, he now dedicates his time to mentoring and developing the Education Leader and tuition teams, with a special focus on leadership training, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
